Some properties have heating thermostats.  The houses will be set to a program to ensure the correct heat levels are achieved in the house.  The property shouldn’t be too hot or too cold.  For Health and Safety.  To achieve this we have fitted thermostats to properties to make sure no excessive heat or cold.

Also to ensure the bills are kept within standard use.
