Vikki Marie Bond, M.A.R.L.A.

Managing Director

With over 20 years’ experience in lettings and property management, Vikki has built the business on strong values—hard work, transparency, and doing things properly.

Starting her career in the late 1990s, Vikki quickly developed a reputation for delivering results. As her portfolio grew, she became a specialist in HMO management and compliance, particularly during the introduction of licensing regulations.

She holds the ARLA qualification (Propertymark) and the Level 3 Property Agency Certificate (Propertymark), ensuring her knowledge remains up to date with the latest legislation and best practice.

Today, Vikki continues to lead the business with a hands-on approach, maintaining high standards across every property and tenancy.

Around 90% of our family homes are let before reaching the open market, thanks to our strong reputation and waiting lists.
