We at Rooms to Let North East offer fully furnished double rooms with all the bills included. Most rooms have super fast wifi, smart tvs and USB sockets. Studios & 1 bed apartments are also available. Our Rooms are available for professional workers, contractors & master students. We Pride ourselves on providing comfortable, modern, safe homes in excellent locations. All properties within a good distance to hospital, city centre, university, business park and industry, with easy access to public transport (metro station, bus and train stations.)
We don’t just let rooms
As well as Room Lets we also have a large portfolio of residential properties. Excellent family homes from starter homes to 5 bed houses. Our residential properties are in sought after areas close to schools, shops & supermarkets. We work hard to seek properties that we know are in demand for our tenants. Typical properties are semi detached with gardens and off road parking. Housing benefit accepted on some properties.
We put our tenants needs first when investing and maintaining the properties ready for rental. All properties must meet our standards. All properties have safety certificates and up to date checks. Our aim is to provide affordable comfortable, safe and modern rental properties in locations where we know there is a need for housing.
