SINKS, DRAINS, LOOS, SHOWERS

Sinks

Please be responsible with all sinks in the house.  Nothing but water- cleaning products should go down the sink .

Oil, Fat, Rice , Food is for bins and not sinks

If your sink blocks and we find any of the above in the pipes or drains you will be billed for the repair

Drains

Please be responsible with the drainage – as above .  Nothing should be going into outside drains.

Do not think you can bypass the sink and pour rice , oil and fat down the outside drains

Loos

Please ensure you do not flush any of the above down the toilet.  Also no wipes.  Wipes can seriously block up the waste pipes.  No Nappies, No cotton wool

You will be billed !!    if we need to arrange maintenance to drains – average cost £250.

Showers

Please keep a check on your shower bases.  When cleaning your shower keep a check on the seals to ensure they are kept clean with bleach.  Check the seals are in tact. Keep a check that shower doors are functioning well.  When your shower water is not running away – you will need to clean the trap.  You will need to invest in plug unblocking treatment to pour down regular to keep the pipes flowing well.

DO NOT USE YOUR SHOWER IF THE TRAY IS OVERFLOWING.
